What's new?

Natural Language Search (NLS) is now generally available in Textkernel Source and Match. Recruiters can search Candidate and Job data using plain, everyday language, which is automatically mapped into a structured search query. To support discoverability, the search box placeholder text has also been updated to prompt users to search using natural language where NLS is enabled.

Why does it matter?

Natural Language Search removes the need for structured query syntax, allowing recruiters to find the right candidates and jobs faster by simply describing what they're looking for in their own words.

How do I enable this?

Available by default for new customers. Available upon request for existing customers.
